All Jeonbuk National University students are required to complete the counseling requirements listed below in order to graduate.

Failure to complete the required counseling courses may result in delayed or denied graduation. 

Please carefully review the information below and complete all requirements within the designated period.

1. 공통 (한국인 학생 및 외국인 유학생 모두 해당) / Common Requirement (Applicable to Both Korean and International Students)

■ 평생지도교수상담 / Academic Advisor Consultation (Lifelong Academic Advising)

- 매 학기 1회 이상 필수 / Mandatory at least once every semester

- 지도교수님과 상담 진행 (대면 또는 온라인 가능) / Consultation with your assigned academic advisor (face-to-face or online)

- 재학 중인 모든 학기에 반드시 이수해야 함 / Must be completed every semester during your enrollment

 

 

2. 한국인 학생(Requirements for Korean Students only)

■ 진로·취업 상담 또는 진로·취업교육 이수 (아래 두가지 방법 중 택 1)

- 6학기 이전까지 반드시 이수신청 방법

 

① 오아시스를 통한 상담 신청

오아시스 로그인 → 학사정보 → 취업상담관리 → 진로·취업상담예약 → 상담유형 선택 (4가지 유형 중 선택) → 상담자 선택 → 상담 가능 시간 선택 → 상담 진행

② 취업진로지원과 프로그램 참여

취업진로지원과 홈페이지(https://career.chonbuk.ac.kr/sites/career/index.do) → 프로그램 → 취업진로상담

 

 

3. International Students only

 

■ International Student Counseling

- Must be completed before the end of the 6th semester.

- How to Apply

OASIS Login → Academic Information → International Exchange → International Student Survey (Current Students)

 

Important Notice

⚠ The counseling requirements above are mandatory graduation requirements.

Students who fail to complete the required counseling courses may not be eligible for graduation.

The Academic Advisor Consultation must be completed every semester.

International Student Counseling must be completed before the end of the 6th semester.

Please do not wait until your final semester to complete these requirements.
